ANY CAPITALIZED WORDS USED HENCEFORTH SHALL HAVE THE MEANING ACCORDED TO THEM UNDER THIS POLICY. FURTHER, ALL HEADING USED HEREIN ARE ONLY FOR THE PURPOSE OF ARRANGING THE VARIOUS PROVISIONS OF THE POLICY IN ANY MANNER. NEITHER THE USER NOR THE CREATORS OF THIS REFUND POLICY MAY USE THE HEADING TO INTERPRET THE PROVISIONS CONTAINED WITHIN IT IN ANY MANNER.
(a) “We”, “Our”, “Us”, “the Company” And “Autocart E-Commerce” shall mean and refer to the creators of this refund policy.
(b) “Website” shall mean www.autocartindia.com, which is owned and operated by the Company
(c) “You”, “Your”, “Yourself” and “User” shall mean and refer to natural and legal individuals who use the Website
(d) “Third Parties” refer to any Website, website, company or individual apart from the User and the creator of the Website.
In the event a Buyer wants a refund, or to exchange the product, the cost of shipping the product back to the Company will be borne solely by the Buyer. Cancellation and/or refund for a product can only be claimed before an invoice is raised by the Company for the product; the claim can be raised via email to [email protected], and must include the Buyer’s Customer Order Number. Additional Shipping Charges as charged by the Company are non-refundable. No claims for a refund, return or exchange of product/products will be entertained by the Company if such claim is made 10 days after the invoice for the same has been raised. In order to be eligible for refund or return, the products’ packaging, price tags, labels, barcodes, User Manuals, Warranty Card, and relevant invoices, must be returned in its original condition. The question of whether a product or products are faulty will only be addressed by the manufacturer or other certified organisations, as per the Company’s discretion. Further, the Company will charge a 14% restocking fee on all returns and/or exchanges. The Company will offer a full refund if the product details doesn’t match the description as stated at the time of purchase, for example, product details include, but are not limited to, Model Name, Engine Type, Year and Variant of the car the product is meant for, etc. If a refund claim is accepted, the Buyer will be returned the refund applicable to his/her credit card – or through any other mode of payment originally used by the Buyer – within 7-21 working days. If the Buyer had paid by cash, the refund shall be made via cheque by the Company. All returns, refunds and exchanges will be approved as per the Company’s sole discretion, and may be rejected for reasons that include, but are not limited to, the following: - The products purchased were experimental, rare, belonging to discontinued vehicles, of high value - The Claim is fraudulent - The Buyer did not accept delivery of the product - The product was used by the Buyer - The product was bought at a discounted rate - The product is an electrical part, or is a product of lighting, harnesses or instruments - The Seller excluded the product from refunds, returns or exchanges as per the Refund Policy of the Seller provided on the Homepage of the Seller’s Virtual Shop
The User may cancel his/her order within 4 hours of booking the services of their choice on the Website, and be entitled to a full refund if done within said time limit. However, orders cannot be cancelled once the package has been collected by the Company. Refunds accruing from cancellations shall be processed within 5-15 days.
